Once an order is placed, we assume that you have reviewed the product carefully with all its features, before making a final decision. We will take your order as final and will immediately start processing it. However, in case you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours of placing your order. If the order has not shipped out, a full refund will be processed with 7 – 10 business days of cancellation. Order cancellation for processed orders attract processing fee from payment gateways (if the payment was made online) and pick-up charges from our delivery partners.
We do not entertain cancellation for orders that have already been sent out for delivery.
A product which is delivered as per order terms, cannot be returned. Only in case of genuine manufacturing defect, that we will replace the product free of cost, after inspecting the defect carefully. All our products are quality tested, inspected and profiled, before they leave our warehouse. For defective products, your replacement order or refund (if you wish to cancel your order), will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please read our damaged goods returns policy.
We are not perfect! and therefore in case of a scenario, where you have received an incorrect product as a result of our error in processing your order, then you shall be eligible to receive a full refund of the online payment. The replacement product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost. We only request you keep the original packaging intact. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by our shipper.
If you wish to cancel or return a wrongly delivered product, then please contact us (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) with your purchase order number and we will instruct you on the next step to initiate your return.

Damaged Goods Return Policy
As stated earlier, we thoroughly quality check our products before delivery. However, in case you face any oversight on our part as a result of which you receive a damaged product, then you shall be eligible to receive a full refund of your online payment. For any such damages, please inform us within 7 business days from delivery. Although we are pretty straight forward in accepting our mistakes, however, in order to ensure genuine damages, the following conditions are applicable:
- That the damage is not caused during the assembly of the product. (we therefore urge you to go through assembly instructions and video before installation)
- There are no misplaced or missing parts, which otherwise accompanied the shipment.
- There are no modifications performed on the product.
- Product is returned with original packaging, including the complete set of accessories and fittings.
